US Clients USA:
If fast or fast shipping is selected, if an order is placed before 2:30 p.m. ET, your order will be processed and shipped the same business day. If the free shipping method is selected, your order will be processed and shipped within two (2) business days. Orders are processed only during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time).
When your order ships, the tracking number will automatically be emailed to you. If the tracking number is invalid, wait twelve (12) hours for the operator to update the tracking status. Any delay in transportation is the responsibility of the carrier and does not qualify for compensation for transportation costs.
We reserve the right to cancel any order, including orders that do not meet our security requirements. When orders paid with PayPal exceed $ 750.00, an adult signature is required for delivery.
* Free shipping is limited to products shipped to 48 consecutive United States. Orders processed through our international payment service are not eligible for free shipping.
International clients:
Before processing, all international orders are processed through a third-party verification system.
